1. Return Conditions
You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original unused condition with all original labels and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened or used, or products purchased at a special discount or as part of limited offers, cannot be returned.
3. Refund Process
After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product. We will replace it or provide a full refund.
5. Shipping Costs
In case of return due to a product defect, we cover the shipping costs. In case of return for personal reasons, the customer bears the shipping costs.
